How did we
get here?

Kyron Event Solutions was built from the ground up – no funding, no shortcuts, just a second-hand laptop and a relentless drive to do things better.

In the beginning, we were in the thick of it – unloading trucks, setting up fencing, managing deliveries, and pushing road cases across muddy paddocks. We learned by doing, paying close attention to what worked on-site and what didn’t. We saw how small oversights could snowball into big problems, costing time, money, and trust.

Instead of accepting the chaos, we set out to solve it.

Our roots are hands-on, but we’ve always had an eye on the bigger picture. With a background in business law, we’ve navigated contracts, compliance, and stakeholder negotiations with confidence. Over a decade of WHS experience gave us the tools to build strong, scalable safety systems. And by teaching ourselves AutoCAD, we gained the ability to map out complex sites and get plans over the line faster.

That mix of legal know-how, on-ground experience, safety leadership, and technical precision became the foundation of Kyron.

Today, we’re trusted to manage some of the biggest and most complex event sites in the country — from Coldplay at Optus Stadium to Dom Dolla at Wellington Square and Fatboy Slim at Langley Park. What sets us apart isn’t just our capability – it’s our commitment to doing things properly, without the chaos that often plagues this industry.

We’re now backed by a highly skilled team of site managers, WHS officers, CAD planners, and in-house fabricators. Together, we bring clarity to complex builds – whether it’s a remote greenfield site or a city-block activation.

Kyle is a builder of systems, a leader under pressure, and a strategist who knows the industry from the ground up. With a background in business law, 10+ years certified in WHS, and self-taught AutoCAD expertise, Kyle brings a rare mix of legal, technical, and on-the-ground experience to every project.

He’s not just the guy who sees the big picture — he’s the one who maps it, resources it, and executes it. Whether coordinating a stadium-scale build or transforming a never-used site into a functioning venue, Kyle leads with clarity, calm, and calculated confidence.

Jack Bates

Operations Manager

Jack isn’t just good at solving problems — he’s elite at it. Whether it’s a supplier no-show, an overnight site change, or a crew curveball, Jack stays calm, thinks fast, and finds a fix before anyone has time to panic. He thrives in high-pressure environments where others stall, and he’s known for turning “unworkable” into “handled” without breaking a sweat.

With years of experience across site management, CAD Planning, logistics, contractor coordination, and on-the-ground operations, Jack is the one you want when the margin for error is zero. He doesn’t wait for problems to reach the desk — he anticipates them, adapts in real-time, and keeps the entire operation moving forward.

He’s the ultimate safety net for high-stakes builds — and the reason clients keep coming back.

Dana Harle

Admin & Accounts

Dana is the quiet force behind Kyron – equal parts precision, patience, and presence. With a deep background in bookkeeping, accounts, and organisational behaviour, she keeps the engine running smoothly, ensuring every dollar, deadline, and detail is accounted for.

Whether she’s locking in budgets for a stadium show or walking the floor with an esky making sure crews stay hydrated, Dana brings a rare kind of care to the job – the kind that feels almost maternal. It’s that natural instinct to look after people while keeping everything in order that makes her truly irreplaceable.
